Indigent Students. The School shall waive all fees for indigent students in accordance with applicable federal and state law. On all fee lists and schedules, the School shall include notification of the policy of waiver of fees for indigent students. The School shall survey its student population for eligibility for free and reduced lunches under federal guidelines in accordance with State Board regulations.
Indigent Students. Community Roots shall waive all fees for indigent students in accordance with District policy and applicable federal and state law. Community Roots shall survey its student population for eligibility for free and reduced lunches under federal and state law.
Indigent Students. Liberty Common shall waive all fees for indigent students in accordance with applicable federal and state law, and in accordance with School District policies and regulations to the extent not waived or amended in writing by the School District. Liberty Common shall survey its student population for eligibility for alternate funding under federal guidelines and in accordance with State Board of Education regulations. On all fee lists and schedules, Liberty Common shall include notification of the policy of waiver of fees for indigent students.

The school shall provide XxXxxxxx-Xxxxx homeless supports at the school’s cost, and shall receive commensurate Xx-Xxxxxx-Xxxxx funding for said students as a straight pass-through from School District 27J.

As part of the food service program operated at the school by the School District or other qualified entity, DSST shall comply with all state and federal requirements regarding the provision of services to students eligible for free and reduced lunches. This paragraph shall not apply to charging of fees for any daycare or other childcare program offered by DSST.

If requested by the School District, Horizons shall survey its student population for eligibility for free and reduced lunches under federal guidelines in accordance with State Board of Education regulations. On all fee lists and schedules, Horizons shall include notification of the policy of waiver of fees for indigent students.
Indigent Students. The Charter School shall waive all fees for indigent students. The Charter School shall survey its student population for eligibility for free and reduced lunches under federal guidelines in accordance with State Board of Education regulations. On all fee lists and schedules, the Charter School shall include notification of the policy of waiver of fees for indigent students.
Indigent Students. LCS shall waive all fees for indigent students in accordance with Board of Education policy and applicable federal and state law. If requested by the School District, LCS shall survey its student population for eligibility for a reduced-cost meal or free meal under federal guidelines and in accordance with State Board of Education regulations. On all fee lists and schedules, LCS shall include notification of its policy of waiving fees for indigent students. LCS shall comply with all state and federal requirements regarding the provision of services to students eligible for a reduced-cost meal or free meal, if and when LCS offers food service. This paragraph shall not apply to charging of fees for any full-time kindergarten or preschool tuition program offered by LCS. In the event LCS enrolls any students who are "homeless," as defined by applicable state and federal law, it will assume at its expense the obligations and costs for those students provided by federal law, subject to the School District's obligations with respect to special education services as provided herein.

On all fee lists and schedules, Academy of Advanced Learning shall include notification of its policy of waiving fees for indigent students. As part of the food service program operated at the school by the School District or other qualified entity, Academy of Advanced Learning shall comply with all state and federal requirements regarding the provision of services to students eligible for free and reduced lunches.
