Common use of Individual Complaints Clause in Contracts

Individual Complaints. In accordance with RCW 41.59.090 any employee may, at any time, present his grievance to the District and have his grievance adjusted without the intervention of the Association, as long as the Association has been given an opportunity to be present and to make its views known, and as long as the adjustment is not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement.
