Individual position of an Administrative Party. (a) If it is also a Lender, each Administrative Party has the same rights and powers under the Finance Documents as any other Lender and may exercise those rights and powers as though it were not an Administrative Party. (b) Each Administrative Party may: (i) carry on any business with an Obligor or its related entities (including acting as an agent or a trustee for any other financing); and (ii) retain any profits or remuneration it receives under the Finance Documents or in relation to any other business it carries on with an Obligor or its related entities.

(a) If it is also a Lender, each Administrative Party has the same rights and powers under the Finance Documents as any other Lender and may exercise those rights and powers as though it were not an Administrative Party. (b) Each Administrative Party may: (i) carry on any business with an any Obligor or its related entities (including acting as an agent or a trustee for any other financing); and (ii) retain any profits or remuneration it receives under the Finance Documents or in relation to any other business it carries on with an any Obligor or its related entities.

(a) If it is also a Lender, each Administrative Party has the same rights and powers under the Finance Documents as any other Lender and may exercise those rights and powers as though it were not an Administrative Party. (b) Each Administrative Party may: (i) carry on any business with an Obligor the Owner, the Sponsor, the Charterer or the Sponsor or its related entities (including acting as an agent or a trustee for any other financing); and (ii) retain any profits or remuneration it receives under the Finance Documents or in relation to any other business it carries on with an Obligor the Owner or its related entities.

Individual position of an Administrative Party. (a) 23.4.1 If it is also a Lender, each Administrative Party has the same rights and powers under the Finance Documents as any other Lender and may exercise those rights and powers as though it were not an Administrative Party. (b) 23.4.2 Each Administrative Party and each Ancillary Lender may: (ia) carry on any business with an Obligor the Company or its related entities (including acting as an agent or a trustee for any other financing); and (iib) retain any profits or remuneration it receives under the Finance Documents or in relation to any other business it carries on with an Obligor the Company or its related entities.

Individual position of an Administrative Party. (a) If it is also a Lenderprovider of credit under any Authorised Credit Facility, each Administrative Party has the same rights and powers under the Finance Documents as any other Lender provider of financial accommodation and may exercise those rights and powers as though it were not an Administrative Party. (b) Each Administrative Party may: (i) carry on any business with an any Obligor or its their respective related entities (including acting as an agent or a trustee for any other financing); and (ii) retain any profits or remuneration it receives under the Finance Documents or in relation to any other business it carries on with an any Obligor or its related entities.

Individual position of an Administrative Party. (a) If it is also a Lender, each Administrative Party has the same rights and powers under the Finance Documents as any other Lender and may exercise those rights and powers in the same way as though any other Lender, notwithstanding that it were not may also be an Administrative Party. (b) Each Administrative Party may: (i) carry on any business with an Obligor or its related entities (including acting as an agent or a trustee for any other financing); and (ii) retain any profits or remuneration it receives under the Finance Documents or in relation to any other business it carries on with an Obligor or its related entities.

(b) Each Administrative Party may: (i) carry on any business with an Obligor or its related entities any member of the Group (including acting as an agent or a trustee for any other financing); and (ii) retain any profits or remuneration it receives under the Finance Documents or in relation to any other business it carries on with an Obligor or its related entitiesany member of the Group.

(a) 21.4.1 If it is also a Lender, each Administrative Party has the same rights and powers under the Finance Documents as any other Lender and may exercise those rights and powers as though it were not an Administrative Party. (b) 21.4.2 Each Administrative Party may: (i) 21.4.2.1 carry on any business with an Obligor the Company or its related entities (including acting as an agent or a trustee for any other financing); and (ii) 21.4.2.2 retain any profits or remuneration it receives under the Finance Documents or in relation to any other business it carries on with an Obligor the Company or its related entities.

(b) Each Administrative Party may: (i) carry on any business with an Obligor a Security Party or its related entities (including acting as an agent or a trustee for any other financing); and (ii) retain any profits or remuneration it receives under the Finance Documents or in relation to any other business it carries on with an Obligor a Security Party or its related entities.

(a) If it is also a Lender, each Administrative Party has the same rights and powers under the Finance Documents as any other Lender and may exercise those rights and powers as though it were not an Administrative Party. (b) Each Administrative Party may: (i) carry on any business with an Obligor the Company or its the Parent or their related entities (including acting as an agent or a trustee for any other financing); and (ii) retain any profits or remuneration it receives under the Finance Documents or in relation to any other business it carries on with an Obligor Company or its the Parent or their related entities.

Individual position of an Administrative Party. (a) If it is also a Lender, each Administrative Party has the same rights and powers under the Finance Documents as any other Lender and may exercise those rights and powers as though it were not an Administrative Party. (b) Each Administrative Party and any related entity may: (i) carry on any business with an any Obligor or its related entities (including acting as an agent or a trustee for any other financing); and (ii) retain any profits or remuneration it receives under the Finance Documents or in relation to any other business it carries on with an any Obligor or its related entities.

Individual position of an Administrative Party. (a) If it is also a Lender, each Administrative Party has the same rights and powers under the Finance Documents as any other Lender and may exercise those rights and powers as though it were not an Administrative Party. (b) Each Administrative Party may: (i) carry on any business with an Obligor the Company or its related entities (including acting as an agent or a trustee for any other financing)) and acquire interest in the Company or its related entities; and (ii) retain any profits or remuneration it receives under the Finance Documents or in relation to any other business it carries on with an Obligor the Company or its related entities.

(a) 24.4.1 If it is also a Lender, each Administrative Party has the same rights and powers under the Finance Documents as any other Lender and may exercise those rights and powers as though it were not an Administrative Party. (b) 24.4.2 Each Administrative Party may: (ia) carry on any business with an any Obligor or its related entities (including acting as an agent or a trustee for any other financing); and (iib) retain any profits or remuneration it receives under the Finance Documents or in relation to any other business it carries on with an any Obligor or its related entities.
