Individual Problems. Disputes between the parties shall be processed on an informal basis whereby the teacher involved will first present the problem to their administrator. If the problem is still unresolved, it may be informally presented to the Principal or to the Superintendent by the Building Representatives. If the problem is not resolved informally and qualifies as a grievance by definition (4.42), it may be formally grieved.
