Higher Classification Pay. If a bargaining unit member is temporarily assigned the duties of a higher rated classification, such bargaining unit member shall be paid the rate of the higher classification at the same step as the assigned bargaining unit member.
Higher Classification Pay. 6-8-1 An employee who is assigned and assumes the full duties and responsibilities of a higher classification will be retroactively paid from the first day at the rate of the higher classification and will be paid during the entire period of time the employee discharges the duties of the higher classification.
Higher Classification Pay. If an employee is assigned duties of a higher rated job classification for a period of five (5) consecutive work days, the employee shall be paid one dollar ($1.00) additional for all hours worked in that classification, including the first five (5) days. Every effort shall be made to have the adjusted rate included in the employee’s next subsequent pay.
Higher Classification Pay. Associate Instructors who are assigned to and perform work in a lead position for two hours or more in any pay period will be paid an additional $1.00 per hour for all hours worked in the higher classification.

23.02 No employee shall receive a reduction in pay when assigned to a lower classification.
23.03 The provisions of this Article do not apply to employees affected by Technological Change as detailed in Article 18 of this agreement.
Higher Classification Pay. An Employee required by his/her supervisor to perform the duties of a higher classification shall be paid the higher rate. To qualify for said assignment the Employee must assume and perform all duties of the higher classified position, after five (5) continuous days, not to include vacation.
Higher Classification Pay. 6-8-1 An employee who works in a higher classification will be paid at a rate commensurate with the higher grade beginning with the first full day and continuing on for the duration of the assignment.
Higher Classification Pay. Any employee who is temporarily assigned for a period of three (3) consecutive work days to perform work normally performed by an employee holding a higher classification shall receive the rate of pay normally paid the higher classified employee. These assignments shall first be offered to employees on a rotating seniority basis by building within the appropriate job classification.
