Common use of Individual Problems Clause in Contracts

Individual Problems. Disputes between the parties shall be first processed on an informal basis whereby the employee involved will first present the problem to the immediate supervisor. If the problem is still unresolved, the Building Representative may informally present the problem to the immediate supervisor or to the Principal. If the problem is not resolved informally and qualifies as a grievance by definition it may be formally grieved.
