INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS AND PROTECTIONS. The Contractor must comply with any applicable Federal and State laws that pertain to individual rights. The Contractor must ensure that staff takes those rights into account when furnishing services to Individuals. Any changes to applicable law must be implemented within ninety (90) calendar days of the effective date of the change.
