Individual Salaries. The CEO may, subject to this Agreement, alter the pay level and / or designation of any Staff Member, raise or lower the amount or limits of annual salary payable to any Staff Member.
Individual Salaries. The salary specified in individual contracts issued during the term of this Agreement shall be computed in accordance with Appendix A. The School District has the right to withhold salary increases for principals with unsatisfactory performance as determined by the Superintendent. No salary increase will be paid in the 2022-23 school year until an agreement between the parties covering the period from July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2024 is reached.
