Common use of Inducing of Company Employees Clause in Contracts

Inducing of Company Employees. Except in the course of his employment with the Company, or with the prior written approval of the Board, Executive shall not at any time through the 18 month period after his termination of employment hereunder, in any way directly or indirectly hire, attempt to hire, or cause to be hired any person or persons who to Executive's best knowledge was employed at any time during the period commencing six months prior to such termination by the Company, the Corporation, or their respective subsidiaries or SLT Realty Limited Partnership or SLC Operating Limited Partnership (other than Executive's secretaries or personal assistants).
