Common use of Industrial Insurance Coverage Clause in Contracts

Industrial Insurance Coverage. The CONTRACTOR shall comply with the provisions of Title 51 RCW, Industrial Insurance. If the CONTRACTOR fails to provide industrial insurance coverage or fails to pay premiums or penalties on behalf of its employees, as may be required by law, AGENCY may collect from the CONTRACTOR the full amount payable to the Industrial Insurance accident fund. The AGENCY may deduct the amount owed by the CONTRACTOR to the accident fund from the amount payable to the CONTRACTOR by the AGENCY under this contract, and transmit the deducted amount to the Department of Labor and Industries, (L&I) Division of Insurance Services. This provision does not waive any of L&I’s rights to collect from the CONTRACTOR.

This provision does not waive any of L&I’s L&l's rights to collect from the CONTRACTOR.

If the CONTRACTOR GRANTEE fails to provide industrial insurance coverage or fails to pay premiums or penalties on behalf of its employees, as may be required by law, AGENCY may collect from the CONTRACTOR GRANTEE the full amount payable to the Industrial Insurance accident fund. The AGENCY may deduct the amount owed by the CONTRACTOR GRANTEE to the accident fund from the amount payable to the CONTRACTOR GRANTEE by the AGENCY under this contractgrant agreement, and transmit the deducted amount to the Department of Labor and Industries, (L&I) Division of Insurance Services. This provision does not waive any of L&I’s rights to collect from the CONTRACTORGRANTEE.

If the CONTRACTOR Contractor fails to provide industrial insurance insurance/workers compensation coverage or fails to pay premiums or penalties on behalf of its employees, as may be required by law, AGENCY Agency may collect from the CONTRACTOR Contractor the full amount payable to the Industrial Insurance accident fund. The AGENCY Agency may deduct the amount owed by the CONTRACTOR Contractor to the accident fund from the amount payable to the CONTRACTOR Contractor by the AGENCY Agency under this contract, and transmit the deducted amount to the Department of Labor and Industries, Industries (L&I) ), Division of Insurance Services. This provision does not waive any of L&I’s rights to collect from the CONTRACTORContractor.

This provision does not waive any of L&I’s rights to collect from the CONTRACTOR.

This provision does not waive any of L&I’s rights right to collect from the CONTRACTORcontractor.

This provision does not waive any of L&I’s rights to collect from the CONTRACTOR.
