Ineligible Bidders. Bidders or Suppliers whose names appear on the US Comptroller General's List located at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.gov/portal/public/XXX/ of Ineligible Contractors are not eligible for award of, or participation in, any contract that may be awarded as a result of this Contract. Submission of a bid by any bidder constitutes certification that the bidder or any subcontractor or suppliers to him, on this proposed Contract, if one is awarded, are not on the Comptroller General's List of Ineligible Contractors. A subsequent determination by FTA that a bidder knowingly made any misstatement of facts in this regard will be cause for immediate disqualification, suspension or termination of the Contract for cause.
Ineligible Bidders. Probation Officers who are not eligible to apply under section 20.3.C.2.c above may bid for a vacant position which is open. However, the bid will only be considered if, when bidding is closed, there are less than five (5) employees who are eligible. Where ineligible bidders are considered, ineligible bidders with more than half of the required time in their current assignment will be considered before other ineligible bidders. Bids from ineligible Probation Officers will be in addition to any names referred to the department through the certification process described in Subsection 20.3.E (Order of Candidate Consideration) paragraph 2 below.

All payments due under this Clause 15 due shall be made within thirty (30) days from the date that the Parties agree that the payment is due (unless agreed otherwise) and shall be made in cleared funds, to such bank or building society account as the recipient Party may from time to time direct.

  • BIDDERS 4.1 All intending bidders shall be required to verify their identities by producing for inspection by the Auctioneer their identity cards prior to the commencement of the Auction Sale, failing which they shall not be entitled to participate in the bidding.
