National Competitive Bidding definition

National Competitive Bidding means the solicitation of bids from domestic contractors and suppliers registered or incorporated to carry on business under Nigeria Law;
National Competitive Bidding means bidding which is limited to citizens of Seychelles and local bidders or suppliers;
National Competitive Bidding means Competitive Bidding opened to the Member States on whose territory the Project is executed.
