INELIGIBLE MEMBERS. If, upon a Member becoming ineligible, Group fails to immediately notify Atlantis of such Member's termination, and Group has made or continues to make the Premium payment specified herein for such Member, such Premium payment will only be credited by Atlantis to Group back to the last day of the month immediately prior to the month in which such termination notice is received by Atlantis, provided Atlantis has not authorized or incurred claims for health services for such Members after such Member became ineligible, but before Atlantis received a proper disenrollment notification from the Group with respect to such Member's termination.
INELIGIBLE MEMBERS. If the Group fails to immediately notify Us of a Member’s ineligibility, and the Group has made or continues to make the Premium payments for such Member, We will credit such Premium payment back to the last day of the month immediately prior to the month in which such termination notice is received by Us. We will provide this credit only if We have not authorized or incurred claims for health services for such Member during the period when We were unaware of the Member’s ineligibility.
INELIGIBLE MEMBERS. It is further mutually agreed that no member of the Board of Arbitration shall sit on any matter in which such member is an interested party.
INELIGIBLE MEMBERS. If we deem your use of VoiceZam™ to be inappropriate or not in alignment with our guidelines, we will deactivate your account and send you an email informing you of your ineligibility. The email will also explain the appeal process.
INELIGIBLE MEMBERS. If, upon a Plan Participant becoming ineligible, Client fails to notify the Company of such Plan Participant's ineligibility and Client has made or continues to make the fee payments specified herein for such Plan Participant, such fee payment(s) will be credited by the Company to the Client, provided the Client gives the Company notice of the ineligibility no later than sixty (60) days after the date eligibility ceased and the Company has not paid claims for services for the Plan Participant after the member's eligibility ceased and before the Company received timely notice of ineligibility. In no event will fees be refunded or credited to Client for any period prior to sixty (60) days from the date the Company is notified that a Plan Participant was ineligible.
