Common use of Informal Communications Clause in Contracts

Informal Communications. Every effort shall be made to settle problems at the lowest level through informal communication between the employee(s) and the immediate supervisor. Grievances may not be processed through this procedure until there is evidence that informal two-way communications have failed to resolve the issue.
