Informal Level I. a. Within five (5) days of the time that the grievant knew of the alleged violation, the grievant shall notify the immediate supervisor of the area of the grievance that a violation has been committed. The grievance shall be submitted in writing on the District grievance processing form together with any grievance related documentation.
