Informal meeting Between the Grievant and School Leader. Within five (5) days after the aggrieved employee became aware (or should have become aware) of the occurrence of the event(s) upon which the grievance complaint is based, the aggrieved employee must request an informal meeting with the school leader to discuss the matter and attempt in good faith to resolve it. The meeting shall be conducted within five (5) days of the request. A representative of the Union may be present upon the request of the grievant.
