Informal Step. i) The party alleging contravention of the collective agreement shall first attempt to resolve the matter by informal discussion with either the appropriate superintendent or duly authorized representative of the Bargaining Unit as the case may be. ii) Such a meeting shall occur within ten (10) school days of the date of the alleged contravention of the agreement.
