Middle Management Sample Clauses

The 'Middle Management' clause defines the roles, responsibilities, and authority of middle management personnel within an organization or contractual arrangement. Typically, this clause outlines the scope of decision-making power, reporting lines, and oversight duties assigned to managers who operate between senior leadership and frontline staff. For example, it may specify which operational decisions middle managers can make independently and which require higher-level approval. The core function of this clause is to ensure organizational clarity and effective delegation by formally establishing the position and duties of middle management, thereby facilitating efficient workflow and accountability.
