Common use of Information and Dues Remitted to the Union Clause in Contracts

Information and Dues Remitted to the Union. (a) Union dues so deducted shall be remitted to the President of the Union no later than the 15th day of the month following the date of deduction. The Employer shall also provide the Union with a list of names and addresses of those employees from whose wages such deductions were made, together with the amount deducted from such employees. (b) The Employer shall make available to the Union, member information submitted with each dues tape. This information shall include the following: social insurance number, surname and first name, address, sex, birth date, job classification number and job step, gross pay, month-to-date dues, and will be provided in ASCII language. (c) The Employer shall provide the following information on a computer disk in ASCII language, each time it submits union dues to the Union: The social insurance number, surname, first name, sex, birth date, xxxxx monthly pay and monthly dues of each employee covered by the remittance.
