Information and Dues Remitted to the Union. (a) Union dues so deducted shall be remitted to the Union’s Provincial Office no later than the 15th day of the month for the previous month’s deductions. The Employer shall also provide the Union with a list of names of those employees from whose wages such deductions were made together with the amounts deducted from each employee and each employee’s Social Insurance Number. The list will also include names of employees who have been hired and who have terminated from each worksite for the previous month.
