INFORMATION FROM EMPLOYER. To enable the Plan Administrator to perform his or her duties, the Employer shall supply full and timely information to the Plan Administrator (or his or her designated agents) on all matters relating to the Compensation of all Participants, their regular employment, retirement, death, Disability or Termination of Employment, and such other pertinent facts as the Plan Administrator (or his or her agents) may require. The Plan Administrator shall advise the Trustee (or Custodian, if applicable) of such of the foregoing facts as may be pertinent to the Trustee's (or Custodian's) duties under the Plan. The Plan Administrator (or his or her agents) is entitled to rely on such information as is supplied by the Employer and shall have no duty or responsibility to verify such information.
