INFORMATION ON WHO WE ARE AND THIS AGREEMENT. 1.1 This Agreement sets out the general Terms and Conditions that apply to the VFX prepaid MasterCard. These Terms and Conditions form an Agreement between You and Us governing the possession and use of the Card. By using the Card or activating it (see Condition 2.3 below) You agree to the Terms and Conditions in the Agreement.
