Effects of withdrawal. Unless agreed otherwise by the remaining Councils, the Council who shall have indicated its wish to withdraw from the Project shall not remove its appointees to the Project Board for a period of three (3) months commencing on the date of such Council's withdrawal, [provided that the costs associated with those appointees to the Project Board shall be borne by the remaining Councils to the Project and this Agreement in equal shares]. For the avoidance of doubt, the Council who shall have indicated its wish to withdraw from the Project acknowledges that its voting members shall remain on the Joint Committee but shall be unable to vote on matters pertaining to the Project with effect from the date of its confirmation under Clause 16.4.1.
Effects of withdrawal. 2.1 If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
2.2 You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Effects of withdrawal. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, after giving a withdrawal notice or a written notice to join in the withdrawal, the Withdrawing Party and Other Withdrawing Parties are not entitled to approve or participate in any activity or operation in the Lease, other than those activities or operations for which they retain a financial responsibility. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If the Grant Recipient withdraws from this Contract before the beginning of his stay at the Hosting Institution, he/she shall reimburse all payments received from the Organiser, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which the Organiser is informed about the Grant Recipient’s decision to withdraw from this Contract. The Grant Recipient will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as the Participant used for the initial transaction, unless the Organiser has expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, the Organiser will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If the Participant withdraws from this Contract, The Organiser shall reimburse all payments received from the Participant, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which the Organiser is informed about the Participant's decision to withdraw from this Contract.
