Such information shall be included on the same page with other LSP information. b. At LSP's option, LSP shall be provided a single "Informational Page" (one side of one page) in the informational section of the White Pages directory covering a geographic area where an LSP provides local exchange service. This page shall be no different in style, size, color and format than SWBT "Informational Pages." Sixty (60) days prior to the directory close date, LSP shall provide to SWBT the "Informational Page" in the form of camera-ready copy. The charges associated with this service vary from geographic market to market, and are charged outside this Agreement.

Information Page. Promptly following the Effective Date, the parties will establish and make operational the Information Page, the look and feel and contents of which will be mutually agreed upon.   • Service Information Pages Verizon shall include all CBB NXX codes associated with the geographic areas to which each directory pertains, to the extent it does so for Verizon’s own NXX codes, in any lists of such codes that are contained in the general reference portion of each directory. CBB’s NXX codes shall appear in such lists in the same manner as Verizon’s NXX information. In addition, when CBB is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at CBB’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, CBB’s critical contact information for CBB’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by CBB. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. CBB shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

  • Vendor Identity and Contact Information It is Vendor’s sole responsibility to ensure that all identifying vendor information (name, EIN, d/b/a’s, etc.) and contact information is updated and current at all times within the TIPS eBid System and the TIPS Vendor Portal. It is Vendor’s sole responsibility to confirm that all e-correspondence issued from xxxx-xxx.xxx, xxxxxxx.xxx, and xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx to Vendor’s contacts are received and are not blocked by firewall or other technology security. Failure to permit receipt of correspondence from these domains and failure to keep vendor identity and contact information current at all times during the life of the contract may cause loss of TIPS Sales, accumulating TIPS fees, missed rebid opportunities, lapse of TIPS Contract(s), and unnecessary collection or legal actions against Vendor. It is no defense to any of the foregoing or any breach of this Agreement that Vendor was not receiving TIPS’ electronic communications issued by TIPS to Vendor’s listed contacts.
