Close Date definition

Close Date means the date and time set for delivery to the County of all Offers submitted in response to this Solicitation Document.
Close Date means the last date we will accept a change or a cancel request for Print Services. See Section 4.a.

Close Date means the date that all proposals in response to the Request for Proposal for the Provision of Tier III Next Generation Trainsets and Other Related Goods and Services must be received by Amtrak and Owner.
