Common use of Information Requests Clause in Contracts

Information Requests. The parties hereto shall provide any information reasonably requested by the Issuing Entity, Seller or any of their Affiliates, at the expense of the Issuing Entity, Seller or any of their Affiliates, as applicable, in order to comply with or obtain more favorable treatment for the Issuing Entity, the Seller or any of their Affiliates under any current or future law, rule, regulation, accounting rule or principle.
