B. On a monthly basis, the University will provide to the Union the following information as available: a listing of all bargaining unit employees recently hired and employees in bargaining units who transfer, promote, demote, resign, or are terminated from the University and all position vacancies covered by this Agreement. C. The above information will be transmitted to the Union at its official headquarters via electronic format(s) mutually agreed to by the parties.

The Union will maintain the confidentiality of all employees’ permanent, home and/or mailing addresses.
