Common use of Information Requests Clause in Contracts

Information Requests. The parties hereto shall provide any information reasonably requested by the Bank, the Servicer, the Issuer, the Depositor or any of their Affiliates at the expense of the Bank, the Servicer, the Issuer, the Depositor or any of their Affiliates, as applicable, in order to comply with or obtain more favorable treatment under any current or future law, rule, regulation, accounting rule or principle.
