Information Requests. (a) The parties hereto shall provide any information reasonably requested by the Servicer, the Issuer, the Seller or any of their Affiliates, in order to comply with or obtain more favorable treatment under any current or future law, rule, regulation, accounting rule or principle. (b) The Servicer shall furnish to the Indenture Trustee from time to time information (which is in the possession of the Servicer and is freely deliverable) related to the transactions contemplated by the Transaction Documents as the Indenture Trustee shall reasonably request.
