Each Party shall provide briefings to the other party upon request. Furthermore, the Parties shall act in good faith to initiate staff briefings for the other party’s benefit if there is a need to share important information. b. The Parties shall share transportation related data and information as it becomes available, including but not limited to, traffic counts or surveys.
