Information Technology and Support. Subject to the direction and control of PIC’s Board of Directors and responsible officers, Liberty Mutual shall provide the technology infrastructure, information technology systems, software, data center management, network management services, monitoring, management/oversight, and support services to PIC and shall provide trouble-shooting functions on behalf of PIC.

Subject to the direction and control of NPIC’s Board of Directors and responsible officers, Liberty Mutual shall provide the technology infrastructure, information technology systems, software, data center management, network management services, monitoring, management/oversight, and support services to NPIC and shall provide trouble-shooting functions on behalf of NPIC.

Subject to the direction and control of AMFIC’s Board of Directors and responsible officers, Liberty Mutual shall provide the technology infrastructure, information technology systems, software, data center management, network management services, monitoring, management/oversight, and support services to AMFIC and shall provide trouble-shooting functions on behalf of AMFIC.

Subject to the direction and control of FNICA’s Board of Directors and responsible officers, Liberty Mutual shall provide the technology infrastructure, information technology systems, software, data center management, network management services, monitoring, management/oversight, and support services to FNICA and shall provide trouble-shooting functions on behalf of FNICA.
Information Technology and Support. 1. Board will allow the University Schools to access technical/helpdesk support provided by Board vendors for the following services:
a. PowerSchool access;
b. Teacher Effectiveness Measure (TEM) access; and
c. State required testing materials, systems, and software (e.g. i-Ready, MAPs, STAR, etc).
2. The University shall be responsible, financially and otherwise, for IT services for the University Schools.

Subject to the direction and control of AEIC’s Board of Directors and responsible officers, Liberty Mutual shall provide the technology infrastructure, information technology systems, software, data center management, network management services, monitoring, management/oversight, and support services to AEIC and shall provide trouble-shooting functions on behalf of AEIC.

Subject to the direction and control of HSIC’s Board of Directors and responsible officers, Liberty Mutual shall provide the technology infrastructure, information technology systems, software, data center management, network management services, monitoring, management/oversight, and support services to HSIC and shall provide trouble-shooting functions on behalf of HSIC.
