Informational Encounter Data Completeness Measure. The ‘Incomplete Data for Last Menstrual Period’ measure is informational only for the ABD population. Although there is no minimum performance standard for this measure, results will be reported and used as one component in monitoring the quality of data submitted to ODJFS by the MCPs.
