PCP Feedback. The MCP must have the administrative capacity to offer feedback to individual providers on their: 1) adherence to evidence-based practice guidelines; and 2) positive and negative care variances from standard clinical pathways that may impact outcomes or costs. In addition, the feedback information may be used by the MCP for activities such as physician performance improvement projects that include incentive programs or the development of quality improvement programs.
