Initial Actuarial Valuation Clause Samples

Initial Actuarial Valuation. On or before May 1, 2006, Stelco shall cause an Initial Actuarial Valuation to be prepared and filed with the Superintendent for each and all of the Stelco Main Pension Plans to determine, among other things, the Initial Solvency Deficit for each and all of such Plans. In the preparation of the Initial Actuarial Valuation in respect of each and all of the Stelco Main Pension Plans, Stelco shall instruct its actuary that the Initial Actuarial Valuation will be prepared in accordance with the Stelco Regulation.
