Common use of Initial Contacts Clause in Contracts

Initial Contacts. (A) The Contractor shall maintain an Initial Contact data system that allows for the Contractor to track and monitor adherence to performance standards for first face-to-face Covered Services when Enrollee Initial Contacts are made during the Contractor’s regular business hours excluding Initial Contacts made to crisis services after hours and on weekends.
