Final Design Phase A. Service Core Allowance The company shall pay $0.95 per hour for all work carried out in construction of service core. This allowance will be adjusted annually (effective from 1 June) in accordance with CPI movements (All Groups, Melbourne) for the preceding 12 months to March (increases to be rounded to the nearest 5 cents).
SCOPE OF ARCHITECT’S BASIC SERVICES 3.1 The Architect’s Basic Services consist of those described in this Article 3 and include usual and customary structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering services. Services not set forth in this Article 3 are Supplemental or Additional Services.
Notice to Proceed - Site Improvements The Recipient shall not commence, or cause to be commenced, any site improvements or other work on the Land until the Director has issued a Notice to Proceed to the Recipient. Such Notice to Proceed will not be issued until the Director is assured that the Recipient has complied with all requirements for the approval of a grant under Revised Code Sections 164.20 through 164.27 and has completed any land acquisition required by the Project. A Notice to Proceed shall be required for all Project prime contractors or direct procurement initiated by the Recipient following execution of this Agreement.
