Name or Logo. In no event shall PPG market or advertise the CHAMPUS/TRICARE Program or other governmental programs without the prior written consent of FHFS.

Licensee is not to use the name, logo or any other marks owned by or associated with the Licensor or parish or the name of any representative of the Licensor or parish, except for the limited purpose of identifying the location in advertising or other notices relevant for Licensee’s Use.
Name or Logo. Supplier shall not use or display CBRE or Owner’s name or logo, and shall not utilize other trademarks or servicemarks of CBRE or Owner, without CBRE’s prior written consent. Neither Supplier not its agents or subcontractors may issue any press, media or publicity releases or give statements to the media identifying CBRE or relating to this Agreement without CBRE’s prior written consent.

Neither party shall use the other party’s name, trademark, service marks or logo or the names of its employees or students in any publicity, advertisement, or endorsement or as a business reference without the prior written consent of the other party. However, the foregoing shall not prohibit either party from disclosing general factual information about the existence of this Agreement for purposes other than publicity, advertisement, or endorsement.
