Initial Entitlement Share. Each Project Participant’s initial Entitlement Share as of the Effective Date shall be set forth in Column B of the Table provided in Exhibit B of this Agreement (entitled “Schedule of Project Participant Entitlement Shares and Step-Up Allocation Caps”). Any revisions to the Entitlement Share specified in Exhibit B pursuant to Section 4.2. or Section 12.8 shall be considered an element of the administration of this Agreement and shall not require the consent of the Parties hereto.
