Shift Premium Entitlement. (a) Employees working an afternoon or night shift as identified in Clause 15.1(a)(2) and 15.1 (a)(3) shall receive a shift premium for all hours worked on the shift.
(b) An employee working a full shift which begins between 11:00 a.m. and 1:59 p.m., inclusive, shall receive the afternoon shift premium for all hours worked after 2:00 p.m.
(c) A part-time employee working less than the normal hours per day or a full-time employee will receive the afternoon shift premium for all hours worked on a shift more than half of which is regularly scheduled between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. except that an employee regularly scheduled to start between 10:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m. will receive instead the night shift premium.
(d) Employees covered by flextime and/or modified workweek agreements, who, by their own volition, choose to begin their shift at a time which would qualify them for a shift premium shall not be entitled to the premium. Employees who are required to begin their shift at a time which would qualify them for a shift premium in accordance with the above provisions shall receive the appropriate premium.
(e) Shift premiums will apply to overtime hours worked in conjunction with a shift. An employee who is called out between 9 p.m. and 4:29 a.m. shall receive the third-shift premium for each hour worked during the callout period up to the commencement of his/her regularly scheduled shift.

Shift Premium Entitlement. Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 45.02 – Shift Premiums, employees working an extended hours shift shall be entitled to the applicable shift premium for hours worked between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
Shift Premium Entitlement. (a) A full-time employee working a shift in accordance with the provisions of Section 24.1 shall be paid the applicable shift premium rate for all hours worked on such shift.
(b) The shift premiums contained in this article shall not be included in calculating overtime rates of pay but shall be paid for all overtime hours worked in conjunction with such shift.
(c) An event-time employee, who works a relief shift directly replacing an absent full-time employee on a shift which such full-time employee would have worked had he/she not been absent, shall be eligible for shift premiums for such shift in accordance with this article.
Shift Premium Entitlement. Except as set out above, employees who are dispatched to work during hours that fall under the definition of afternoon/night shift will receive a shift premium for all hours actually worked between 6:01 p.m. and 5:59 a.m.

(c) Weekend premiums shall apply in addition to shift premiums, to all hours worked between 0001 hours on Saturday and 0001 hours on Monday, April 1st through October 15th only.

(d) Where winter maintenance shift requirements result in three (3) non overlapping shifts at a point of assembly, or when the Employer double shifts a machine or activity, then only one (1) shift shall be designated as a day shift.
Shift Premium Entitlement a) Employees working a second (2nd) or third (3rd) shift as defined in Articles 9.01 (a) (ii) and 9.01 (a) (iii) shall receive a shift premium for all hours worked on the shift.
b) An employee working a full shift not in receipt of a shift premium pursuant to Article 9.01 (b) and working a shift which begins between 11:00 a.m. and 1:59 p.m. inclusive shall receive the second (2nd) shift premium for all hours worked after 2:00 p.m.
c) A part-time employee will receive a shift premium of 55 cents per hour for all hours worked on a shift more than half of which is regularly scheduled between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., except that an employee regularly scheduled to start between 10:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m. will receive instead a shift premium of 65 cents per hour.
d) Employees covered by flex-time and modified work week agreements, who, by their own volition, choose to begin their shift at a time which qualifies them for a shift premium shall not be entitled to the premium. Employees who are required to begin their shift at a time which qualifies them for a shift premium shall receive the appropriate premium in accordance with Article 9.02 of this Agreement.
e) Shift premiums will apply to overtime hours worked in conjunction with a shift. An employee who is called out between 9:00 p.m. and 4:29 a.m. shall receive the third (3rd) shift premium for each hour worked during the call-out period up to the commencement of his/her regularly scheduled shift.
