Common use of Initial Reimbursement Invoices Clause in Contracts

Initial Reimbursement Invoices. a. If the Subaward Period of Performance began on a date prior to the execution of this Agreement, the Subrecipient must submit an Initial Reimbursement Invoice covering all eligible expenses for the period of time beginning on the first day of the Subaward Period of Performance (for this Agreement: 03/01/2023) and ending on the date of execution of this Agreement. This Initial Reimbursement Invoice shall be submitted no later than the date that the first General Invoice is due to the County.
