Common use of Initial Rental Obligation Clause in Contracts

Initial Rental Obligation. Tenant shall pay Twenty-Five Thousand ($25,000.00) Dollars to Landlord on the 1st day of each month and continuing thereafter on a monthly basis for the first term and each and every month during the term (“Monthly Rent”). Tenant shall pay to Landlord the pro rata portion of the rent due from the Effective Date through the last day of the month in which the Effective Date occurs, and said Monthly Rent shall thereafter be paid on a regular and continuing basis as stated in this Section,
