Initial staff of the Joint Venture Company. The Joint Venture Company sets up a chief finance officer (“CFO”) and an Assistant to CFO. The CFO should be nominated by Party B and appointed by the Board. The Assistant to CFO should be nominated by Party A and appointed by the Board. In addition, the Joint Venture Company may initially employ one manager, one office assistant and financial personnel, nominated by Party A and approved by Party B, on a secondment basis.
