Common use of Initial Term Clause in Contracts

Initial Term. The initial term of this Master Agreement is for two (2) years, with an effective date of August 1, 2024. The term of this Master Agreement may be amended beyond the initial term for up to three (3) consecutive one (1) year additional terms, upon the mutual agreement of the Lead State and Contractor, by written Amendment.
