Common use of Initial Term of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Initial Term of Agreement. This Agreement shall start on the Effective Date January 1, 2008 and shall continue in effect for an initial term of three years, ending on December 31, 2010 (the “Initial Term”) and then may be renewed for successive two-year terms (each a “Renewal Term”) upon agreement between the Parties, unless terminated under Section 6.2 of this Agreement.

Initial Term of Agreement. This Agreement shall start on the Effective Date January July 1, 2008 2022 the “Effective Date” and shall continue in effect for an initial a term of three yearsfive years and six months, ending on December 31, 2010 2027 (the “Initial Renewal Term”) and then may be renewed for successive twoadditional five-year (or such other period as may be agreed upon between the Parties) renewal terms (each a “Renewal Term”) upon written agreement between the Parties, unless terminated under Section subject to Sections 4.3 and 6.2 of this Agreement.”
