Initial/Terminal Travel. (c) (i) The Employer shall pay an initial and terminal travel allowance of the Transportation Rate per kilometer by the most direct route from the City Hall of Burnaby to any Employee who is directed or dispatched to an out-of-town project. No additional payment or reimbursement for travel time or incurred expenses shall be required. Refer to items (ii), (iii), (iv), (v) and (vi) for further clarification and exceptions.
