Common use of Initial Transfer of Data Clause in Contracts

Initial Transfer of Data. No later than XX days prior to their Participation Date, a Participating Employer shall provide to the Trustees, or in the Trustees’ discretion, the Administrative Agent, all information which they may reasonably require in order to establish initial records for each eligible employee, in a format acceptable to the Administrative Agent. Such information may be obtained directly from the Participating Employer’s records or the Participating Employer may direct the current carrier to provide such information. Such information will include, but will not be limited to:
