Information on Plan Enrollment. (a) The Participating Employer shall distribute, either paper distribution or electronically (ex. Employee portal), benefit communication material as provided by the Third Party Administrator to existing Participating Employees within 10 days of receipt of such material; and (b) The Participating Employer shall distribute, either paper distribution or electronically (ex.
