Common use of Injury and Illness Prevention Program Clause in Contracts

Injury and Illness Prevention Program. In the performance of the Work under this Contract, Consultant acknowledges that it has an effective Injury and Illness Prevention Program which meets the requirements of all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to Section 6401.7 of the California Labor Code. Consultant shall ensure that any Subcontractor hired by Consultant to perform any portion of the Work under this Contract shall also have an effective Injury and Illness Prevention Program. The person with the authority and responsibility for implementing and administering Consultant’s Injury and Illness and Prevention Program shall execute the Compliance Certificate, Exhibit 3, attached hereto and incorporated herein.
