Amendments and Change Notices. 8.1.1 The Board or Chief Executive Officer or designee may require the addition and/or change of certain terms and conditions in this Master Agreement during the Term of this Master Agreement. The County reserves the right to add and/or change such provisions as required by the Board or Chief Executive Officer. To implement such orders, an Amendment to this Master Agreement must be prepared and executed by Contractor and by the Sheriff or designee.
8.1.2 For any change which materially affects the scope of Work, Term, price, payments, or any other term or condition of this Master Agreement, an Amendment to this Master Agreement must be executed by Contractor and the Board.
8.1.3 For any change which does not materially affect the scope of Work, Term, price, payments, or any other term or condition of this Master Agreement, a Change Notice to this Master Agreement must be executed by the County Project Director and Contractor Project Manager.
8.1.4 Notwithstanding Paragraphs 8.1.1 through 8.1.4 above, for: a) any option Term extension of the Master Agreement and b) modifications pursuant to Paragraph 8.2 (Assignment and Delegation) below of this Master Agreement, an Amendment to this Master Agreement must be executed by Contractor and the Sheriff or his designee.

8.1.4 Notwithstanding Paragraphs 8.1.1 through 8.1.3 above, the Sheriff is specifically authorized to prepare and execute Amendments on behalf of the County to: (a) exercise any option period of this Master Agreement as defined in Paragraph 4.0 (Term of Master Agreement), (b) effectuate modifications pursuant to Paragraph 8.2 (Assignment and Delegation/Mergers or Acquisitions) below, and

To implement such changes, an Amendment to the Contract shall be prepared and executed by the Contractor and by the Director.
8.1.4 The Director may at his/her sole discretion, authorize extensions of time as defined in Paragraph 4.0 -

Amendments and Change Notices. The County Project Manager will be responsible for providing to Contractor weekly updates on the number of applications received in order for the Contractor to fully understand the success of media Campaigns. This update will include evaluation of all online activity as well as any offline recruiting activity that may contribute to an increase application volume.

8.1.2 The County’s Board of Supervisors or Chief Executive Officer or designee may require the addition and/or change of certain terms and conditions in the Agreement during the term of this Agreement. The County reserves the right to add and/or change such provisions as required by the County’s Board of Supervisors, Chief Executive Officer or designee. To implement such changes, an Amendment to the Agreement shall be prepared by the County and then executed by the Director, or his/her designee, and Contractor.
8.1.3 For any additional Environmental Housekeeping Services needed due to Facility expansions, adding of new Facilities, etc., the Director, or his/her designee, may authorize such additional services and may increase the Agreement’s Maximum Obligation accordingly. Such increase shall not exceed fifteen percent (15%) of the Agreement’s Maximum Obligation, pursuant to Paragraph 5.7, Maximum Obligation of County. To implement such an authorization, an Amendment to the Agreement shall be prepared by the County and then executed by the Director, or his/her designee, and Contractor.

8.1.1 For any change which does not materially affect the scope of Work, period of performance, term, Contract sum, payments, or any other term or condition of this Contract, a Change Notice to the Contract must be executed by Contractor Project Manager and County Project Director. Notwithstanding for any unforeseen Service cost requested by County utilizing contingency funds, a Change Notice to the Contract must be executed by the County Project Director and Contractor Project Manager.
8.1.2 For any change which materially affects the scope of Work, term, Contract sum, payments, or any term or condition included under this Contract, an Amendment to the Contract must be negotiated and executed by Contractor and the Board.
8.1.3 The Board or Chief Executive Officer may require the addition and/or change of certain terms and conditions in the Contract during the term of this Contract. County reserves the right to add and/or change such provisions as required by the Board or Chief Executive Officer. To implement such changes, an Amendment to the Contract must be prepared and executed by Contractor and the Sheriff.
8.1.4 Notwithstanding subparagraphs 8.1.1 through 8.1.3 above, for any (1) option term and (2) modifications pursuant to subparagraph 8.2 (Assignment and Delegation/Mergers or Acquisitions) of this Contract, an Amendment to this Contract shall be executed by Contractor and the Sheriff.
