Injury and Illness Prevention Programs. A. Each department shall establish, implement, and maintain an Injury and Illness Prevention Program. The program shall be in writing and distributed and/or made available to all employees. B. If any dispute arises with regard to this section, an employee may file a grievance. The decision reached at Step 4 (Department of Personnel Administration) of the grievance procedure shall be final.
