INSECT & PEST INFESTATIONS. Tenant understands that they are responsible for keeping and maintaining the Property free from insects and pests, as those terms are defined under applicable Virginia law, including, but not limited to, bed bugs. Tenants shall promptly notify the Owner of the existence of any such insects or pests located in the Property. Tenant's failure to either maintain the Property and/or promptly notify the Owner as required herein, shall constitute a breach of this Lease Agreement. Tenant further understands that they will be held liable and responsible for any remediation costs incurred by the Owner due to any such insect or pest infestation that is either caused or contributed by, or exacerbated by the Tenant, or by the Tenant's household members or guests, as provided herein. Accordingly, the Tenant does hereby further agree to reimburse the Owner in full for any extermination charges or costs incurred by the Owner that exceed the normal costs incurred during the regularly scheduled treatments, as they may exist.

  • GARBAGE DISPOSAL, RECYCLING, AND BIODEGRADABLE MATERIALS A. Concessionaire shall be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Concession Premises. Concessionaire shall ensure placement of all garbage and trash generated by the Concession Operation in designated containers and that said containers are emptied daily, or as more frequently required by Department, at a location within the Area designated by Department. Disposal costs from this latter location shall be borne by Department. Concessionaire shall provide such additional trash containers as may be required to keep the immediate Concession Premises clean at all times. The type of trash containers provided by Concessionaire shall be approved by Department prior to use.

  • Musculoskeletal Injury Prevention and Control (a) The Hospital in consultation with the Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) shall develop, establish and put into effect, musculoskeletal prevention and control measures, procedures, practices and training for the health and safety of employees.
